Is it growin’ season?  Let’s hit it.  This split isn’t anything “fancy” in my eyes, though you’re likely to encounter a few new things to keep your body thinking.  We’re pushing some extra sets here and workouts are a bit longer, so save this for a time when you’ve got scheduling freedom for workouts that run a bit longer (not crazy, but an extra 15-20 minutes can feel like a lot when your schedule is packed).
