36 – Beyond Capacity

The idea behind Beyond Capacity is to – get this – identify your capacity, and then push beyond it.  Clever, huh?  I’m nothing if not creative!

Seriously though we’ll be pushing some relative lower rep ranges here.  Lots of stuff in the 6-10 range – I don’t spend a ton of time focusing on lower rep ranges so when I do, it tends to feel different which is what we want from this program.  Get ready to feel a deeper level of soreness.

Note:  this split is tagged as ‘low supersets’ because they’re rare aside from arm day – where EVERYTHING is paired up as a superset.  Be advised!

  • Arms – Big Reps and Supersets
  • Chest
  • Legs – Round 2
  • Shoulders
  • Abs & Calves
