138 – Home Gym Logistics

This program is designed for a MODERATELY EQUIPPED home gym.  I am expecting you will have a bar (with plates), rack, bench, a range of DB’s, and some bands (loop style bands used for assisted pull-ups as well as tubing style bands with handles).

Sessions include:
