I’m a big believer in the universality of training – if you’re competing in a specific division or for a certain goal, you don’t necessarily need to get super crazy with changing up your training style completely and trying all kinds of wacky things. That being said, a plan like Bikini Ready is designed to focus on the aesthetic standards of the bikini division. That means a big emphasis on legs, and especially glutes – but we’re still going to hit the upper body hard. Not necessarily as thoroughly or at such length as if we were targeting a physique or bodybuilding division, but we’ve still gotta hit it!

- Glutes on Fire: High Reps
- Chest and Shoulders (Mostly Shoulders)
- Quad/Ham Emphasis
- Back & Arm Supersets
- Abs and calves
Note: all workout programs include detailed instructions including number of sets, rep targets/ranges, rest periods, and specific instructions on things to focus on or pay attention to during certain movements. All workouts also include full video playlists where I demonstrate each move and narrate the key elements to think about.
