Congratulations on taking a big first step! I’ve spent a lot of time over the years making this process as streamlined as possible so let’s get to it:
Step 1: Complete the new client assessment form
Nice and easy, click here to fill everything out and hit submit and it will go straight to me.
Step 2: Take Photos
I’ve put together a detailed manifesto on how to take the best progress pictures you possibly can – it’s important that these are of a high quality, so take the time to read through this stuff and give it your best shot. Click here to read more. THAT BEING SAID – don’t spend a week or more trying to get it perfect. Watch the video, take 5 minutes to set up an attempt, take ’em, and send ’em over.
Step 3: Submit photos, confirm start date, establish payment
Email your photos to me at darin@fivestarrphysique.com and confirm that you’ve submitted the assessment form also. At this time I may have some follow-up questions based on your assessment form. Once those are addressed, I’ll be able to provide a firm ETA on when I can have starting materials in your hands and will pass along a link to establish a billing profile via PayPal (super easy, I can also invoice via PayPal if you don’t have an account and don’t want to create one).
Step 4: Get to Work
This is where the fun starts. I care about nothing more than your success with this program and your confidence in me to help you get where you need to be. So please always feel free to reach out with any questions you have and I’ll do everything I can to address them in a timely manner.
