Protein bars: good, bad, or ugly? How about all 3?
My wife – a teacher – is off for the summer so I kidnapped her, dragged her into my studio and forcefed her some protein bars to test out with me with the promise of wine as a palette cleanser between samples. The result? Well…you can probably imagine. There were some good…some bad…and some downright nasty.
