Why I created Bikini Blueprint
After 15 years coaching competitive bodybuilders full-time, I saw women struggling with conflicting advice, wasted effort, and guesswork. I built this course to cut through the confusion and give you a clear, step-by-step blueprint to build your best physique.
Working as an online coach has also taught me just how varied the learning process can be from person to person, and I’ve built this course to hit as many different learning styles as possible.

How much experience do I need to be successful?
Anywhere from ‘none’ to ‘a lot’.
Honestly, I wish this course had been running on a TV the first day I walked into a gym, and that it was a required orientation that I had to sit through. That would have saved me a ton of grief over the years.
If you have SOME lifting experience, that helps. If you’re brand new, you can still do this – just give yourself a bit more time to work through the initial learning curve.
How long do I have to work through the course?
Your purchase includes lifetime access to all course materials and to the private member’s group for ongoing support.
Do I need a gym membership?
As of right now, yes. There are plans for a home workout version of the training programs in the works!
How is this different from a coach?
While you have access to a coach (me!) in our private community group, this program is more self-driven than working with a coach. Bikini Blueprint does give you full strategy and structure with easy access to everything in my brain at a fraction of the cost of ongoing coaching.
Is this still for me if I don’t want to compete?
Absolutely! Bikini Blueprint is designed to help build and shape an aesthetic sought after in the bikini and wellness categories at bodybuilding shows – but anyone chasing that aesthetic is welcome here and will find incredible value.

My name is Darin Starr and I’ve been a full-time online contest prep and body transformation coach for 15 years. Before that, I was an in-person trainer in various studios. Before that, I was studying Civil Engineering and working in tech. It’s been a bit of a journey.
I created Bikini Blueprint so that I could take everything I know and distill it into one comprehensive package so that women who don’t want or can’t afford a coach still have access to accurate information, detailed programming, and a broad support group.
I am a coach but I’ve also had many coaches myself throughout the years – some good, some…less good. But I’ve learned from all of them, and those experiences have made me a better coach today.
One thing I’ve learned not only from coaching so many people but also from my own bodybuilding journey, is this:
“Bodybuilding is hard, but it’s made even harder by all the conflicting information available. To be honest, MOST things work – but some things conflict with ideas from other sources, so if you try and take bits and pieces from multiple coaches, you can end with a hodgepodge mess of ideas that is disjointed and couterproductive.”
My goal with Bikini Blueprint is to open up my brain so you don’t just know WHAT to do, but you have access to my thought process as well and can ask questions directly if anything is still confusing.
