I know, you’ve all seen a ton of boring-ass “this is what I eat in a day” videos from bodybuilders of all sorts – but in this video, while I do focus a bit on the “what” I also want to break down the WHY – regarding meal composition, nutrient timing, number of meals, and more – a bit long, but I didn’t want to skimp on detail!
